Partner terms

1. Who these terms are for

These terms apply to companies that create an account on partners.nakordoni.eu — advertisers, owners of listings, bus carriers and newsrooms — and to anyone who uses that account on the company's behalf.

2. Your account

You give us a working email address and keep your password to yourself. One account belongs to one company. You are responsible for what is done from your account. We may suspend an account that is used to send spam, to impersonate another company, or to publish unlawful content.

3. What you can do

Which tools are open in your account (ads, listings, billing, conversations with our team, carrier profile, replies to reviews) is decided by your Nakordoni manager and can change over time.

4. Content you submit

Carrier profile changes, replies to reviews, listings and ad creatives are checked by a Nakordoni manager before they appear on nakordoni.eu. We may decline, shorten or remove content that is misleading, offensive, unlawful or unrelated to your company. We may translate approved text into the languages the site is published in; the original text stays yours. You confirm you have the right to publish what you submit.

5. Reviews

Reviews are written by travellers, not by us. You may reply publicly to a published review of your company; you may not ask us to remove a review only because it is negative. Replies must not reveal a traveller's personal data.

6. Payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices, the billing period and cancellation are shown on the billing page before you pay. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

7. Emails

We write to you about your account, your requests and conversations you started. You can stop any non-essential letter with the unsubscribe link it contains.

8. Personal data

9. Ending the relationship

You can close your account at any time by writing to partnerships@nakordoni.eu. We may end the service with notice by email, or immediately in the case of abuse described above.
